The Rochester Motel 6 is outstanding. Everyone of the staff are friendly, accessible and ready to assist you with anything whenever you need it. The rooms are very roomy and appointed very well. The location is very convenient for going anywhere in Rochester. Cannot say enough good things about this Motel 6, and if you’re looking for short-term or long-term lodging be sure to check with the staff here.
We had a wonderful day, when we got there the two front desk employees were very helpful. We had a very long drive and ended up going the wrong direction so when we showed up, we were pretty tired and just ready to go to sleep, they accommodated us with toothpaste, as well as little bottles of shampoo and lotion. The manager was was very understanding and make sure he take his time to see if we needed anything extra. I would highly recommend staying at this motel six if you’re looking for a reasonably priced room with great staff!
The Rochester location has made many improvements over the months that we have stayed here, the staff are kind, fun and always willing to help, the man that cleans the rooms does a lovely job, and if they have disorderly tenants, the address the problem to keep the environment safe and family friendly. We have enjoyed our stay.
The original room had water on the floor and the light was broken. The front desk upgraded me to a suite that was adjacent to my room so the move was very easy.
They accommodated to any request I needed and were very low priced. Rooms are actually surprisingly clean I think the team here values cleaning there rooms and ensuring guests are happy. The front desk employees are probably the best part here.
The staff is super friendly and helpful anything that we needed during our stay the staff was more than happy to accommodate us the young man working at the front counter loaned me his personal gas jug when I was out of gas the other day very friendly and helpful staff definitely the best budget/pet friendly hotel in Rochester very pleased with my week stay with motel 6
About 10 minutes drive from the Gonda building or West parking ramp, I should have stuck with my other hotel with a shuttle. The bed is so hard I couldn't sleep well. The room IS clean. No carpet. It feels safe to walk barefoot. Cloth shower curtain has pulled threads so it bunches oddly, but it got the job done. For the price, which is comparable to several better rated places, I must say I'd rather stay elsewhere. The concrete of the second story walkway has begin to crack and split away from the rear, so not a confidence booster. I swear, these cheaper places that offer king rooms don't actually use king sized beds. My hubby and I with our smaller-sized GSD were cramped.
Stayed here a few times it's been all right. Rooms were clean for the most part. I've stayed at worse motels.
